Here at Foundation Jiu-jitsu we offer one of the most dominant grappling martial arts today. Learn how to defend yourself and get into great shape while doing it. Train what military, police and MMA fighters use while in a clean and inviting environment.

Jiu-Jitsu

Our adult Jiu-jitsu program focuses on self defense and modern Jiu-jitsu. Our coaches will begin each class focusing on specific positions with lots of detail so you’re able to understand, drill and execute. Do you worry that “I’m too Big, Too Small, Not Flexible”? No worries, we’ve all been there. Foundations Jiu-jitsu has both Fundamentals and Advanced classes. Students should expect a challenging and rewarding grappling program where our coaches encourage and help you become great!

Fit-Jitsu

Ready to take your training to the next level ? Our fitness class will push you to your limits and beyond. If your goals are to lose weight, become stronger or both, this program is for you. Our coaching team leads a high pace, energy driven circuit training class to help you reach those goals. Students should expect a demanding workout that’s fun, rewarding and a bit sweaty.
